Guests can complete bookings via our online booking system available on our website www.corribhouse.com.  We can also take enquiries for availability via email or phone but we are unable to hold rooms for any period prior to a booking being made. Please note availability and rates are available in real time through our online booking system and we recommend checking here first for availability for booking dates required.

We require your credit card details at the time of booking for authorisation purposes. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. .  The total amount of your booking and any additional charges accrued during your stay will be payable on departure. We accept payments by cash, bacs, and the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard. We reserve the right to amend the payment cards we accept at any time in our discretion.

Special requests are subject to availability.

We require the following information upon booking:.

1. Guest’s name (one per room but preferably all guest’s names)
2. Guest’s address
3. Guest’s contact details (email and telephone number)
4. Guest’s arrival time with us (please note our check in times below)
5. We require a credit card number, expiry date and security code from the guest (one per room) for our own security in case of room damage, cleaning bills etc.

We will send you an email confirmation of your booking. Please check the details of your confirmation carefully. If any of the details are incorrect, or changed, you must inform us as soon as possible.

The Corrib Princess standard double room  is not en-suite but has a dedicated private bathroom located on stairs mid-landing (robes and slippers supplied).

We reserve the right to refuse any booking in our discretion.

If a booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (within 5 days of the arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

In the unlikely circumstance of a cancellation or overbooking from our side we will arrange an alternative option for the guest at a rate equal or higher to our own and will pay the difference directly to the alternative accommodation.

Check-in is available from 3pm to 8pm on the date of arrival.  Please note our check in closes at 8pm daily. Check out is available before 11am. We ask that all guests contact us in advance or no later than two days before arrival date to arrange a check-in time.

We do not hire to stag or hen groups.

We do not allow any parties or events in the House.

Only guests booked into rooms are permitted in the non-public areas of the House.

If a party is held without our permission your booking will be forfeited, you and your guest(s) must leave immediately, no refund will be given and we reserve the right to charge for any cleaning, damage or loss that occurs as a result of the party.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas within the house.  You are liable for a cleaning charge of up to €500 if any breach of this rule occurs.

Unfortunately, much as we love pets, we do not permit pets of any form in the House and its property.

On street parking is available in front of Corrib House, parking is free from 6pm to 9am but pay and display rates apply outside of theses hours Monday through Sunday. There are 2 nearby public carparks at the Galway Cathedral and Dyke Road, both have daily rate of approximately €5 euro and are less than a 5 minute walk. Corrib House management take no responsibility for parking. Spaces are not guaranteed.

The Client is responsible for the good conduct of all group members and to make sure that noise levels in bedrooms / public areas are to be maintained to an acceptable level. Please remember that Corrib House is a family Guest House and you will come across children in various parts of the House so we do request that all groups exercise discretion at all times. Noise levels are to be considerate of other guests at all times. Accuracy

Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Any discounted rates quoted are limited offers and are similarly subject to availability. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information presented on the website, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information of listed features and products at our discretion.

The content of our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, implied or expressed, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, links or graphics found thereon and we may make changes to the content or policies at any time without prior notice.  

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our websites, and in the material it contains.

The Client will be responsible for any damage caused to any Corrib House room, property or equipment by the Client, its invitees, contractors or its group during the group’s stay, howsoever caused.  The Client will reimburse Corrib House in full immediately for any such damage caused. Corrib House checks all rooms for damage before arrival and again before departure. Any breakages, damages and/ or refunds to other guests resulting from a group, its invitees, contractors or its members’ will be charged in full to the group’s main account.

Corrib House does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any items (including but not limited to cash, jewellery and electronic items such as laptops, cameras and phones) unless deposited with the reception desk for safekeeping.

Corrib House shall in no event whatsoever be liable or responsible for any loss, or damage, delay, change to or any failure to perform its services or its obligations where such loss, delay, change or failure to perform is caused by circumstances outside of Corrib House’s control including, without limitation adverse weather conditions.

While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information, the content of our website may include technical, typographical or content errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Corrib House expressly excludes:

All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by law.

Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our website or services(including in connection with the use, inability to use, or any materials therein) including, without limitation any liability for:

loss of income or revenue;

loss of business;

loss of profits or contracts;

loss of anticipated savings;

loss of data;

loss of goodwill; and

for any other loss or damage of any kind, however it arises and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Corrib House does not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
